Anthony O'Brien led the Shamrock’s men home to victory at Tom Brennan 5k in the Phoenix Park.

O’Brien was first home in 15:25 for ninth place. With Charlie Gunawardhana 15:38 and Michael Brady 15:38 helped the team to a good win ahead of host club Liffey Valley.

The ladies team of Bernadette Bruen, Sophie Dickinson and Georgina Bruen Liston took a good third place behind Liffey Valley and Crusaders.

Over Christmas on St. Stephen’s Day Will Boyle posted 32:34 at the Fields of Athenry 10km followed by Cian Charlton 33:30, Sean Ryan 38:08 and Colm Kinnelly 48:56.

On December 27th, Evilazio Araujo posted 22:45 at the Rita & Robbie 5km Navan. Whereas on December 28 at the D15 Suicide Awareness 5km, Nicola Mooney clocked 22:46, Karen Bates 26:09 and Gerard Fay 27:51.

There was also a large amount of members taking part in the Fat Turkey Run and the Bull Run.
