👟 Thank You for Supporting Our Running Shoe Donation Initiative 👟

A huge thank you from the RSAC Green Team to all our club members who have generously donated running shoes in recent months. Thanks to your support, another large collection of runners has now been passed on to Sanctuary Runners, where they will be put to great use within their inclusive running community.

This initiative continues to show the strength of our club community — giving pre-loved runners a second life while supporting movement, connection and inclusion for all.

We’re also pleased to let members know that new, more robust collection boxes are now in place under the Green Team notice board in the clubhouse, making it even easier to donate.

A small but important reminder:
To help our Green Team volunteers, we kindly ask that any runners donated are clean and in good condition. This ensures they can be passed on quickly and minimises the need for additional washing and preparation.

Thank you again for your continued support of this initiative and for helping Raheny Shamrock AC reduce waste while supporting the wider community.
